I thought i should share this head scratcher with you, after performing update for a load balanced MOSS farm from the RTM version to SP2, one of the web applications on the farm stop working, giving the following error:

After checking the Event Viewer for the server, i found the following entry:

After a long time of searching the web, i could not find anything to solve this problem, however some of the articles talked about impersonation.
After checking the web.config for the web application, i found out that a tag was missing:
<system.web>
<identity impersonate="true" />
</system.web>
I would also check my custom web parts for any code that uses impersonation.
